The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. It was right in the heart of the bustling shopping district, making it easy for us to explore and find places to eat. We were pleasantly surprised by the helpful and friendly staff. The convenience of having a mini washing machine in the room was a huge plus. It made it so much easier for us to do some quick laundry without having to find a laundromat.

The communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was lacking. We had some questions about the room, but the staff's response was not very clear or helpful.

Had an amazing Christmas stay here! the location was perfect, right in the heart of the bustling night market area. Close to the train stations and within walking distance of the famous Namsan Tower. the staff were so kind and helpful, allowing us to check-in early and providing clear directions. Loved that they had washing machines available, making it so convenient to do laundry during our stay.

The room we stayed in was a bit small, with limited space to pack our luggage together. considering the prime location, it was understandable.

The staff were jaw-droppingly pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were clean, with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of choices. The shared kitchen was a great amenity, and the lift made it convenient. The 24-hour reception and luggage storage were very helpful. a super satisfying stay!
